Position Overview
As part of the Siemens Academic Sales team in Mexico, we are seeking Engineering students or recent graduates with a strong interest in Industry 4.0, digitalization, manufacturing, digital twins, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies. This Operations & Academic Business Development Trainee role offers a unique opportunity to contribute both to technical enablement and strategic growth initiatives within Siemens Digital Industries.

In collaboration with the Academic team, operations team and business development leaders, you will support the development and delivery of high-quality Learning and Adoption Services, including end-user training and enterprise learning programs in the SIEMENS Ecosystem. Your work will help schools, universities and customers minimize adoption risks and maximize the impact of Siemens Digital Enterprise solutions.

You will also contribute to piloting and creating use cases across assigned product domains, supporting the positioning of Siemens' digitalization portfolio in the market.
What are my responsibilities?
* Manage sales opportunities and accounts with a focus on product follow-up, software demonstrations, and renewal processes.
* Support customer-facing presentations (virtual or presential).
* Develop and execute account plans based on sales strategies and institutional needs.
* Monitor usage, adoption, and value delivery of software products within academic institutions.
* Identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling within academic accounts.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, and support) to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and deliver presentations and courses of SIEMENS portfolio.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Being a recent college graduate (No more than 1 year)
* Recently graduated in Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences Engineering, Software Programming Engineering, Developing Software Engineering or related.
* Strong writing, documentation, speaking, and presentation skills
* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaboration
* Knowledge of CAD, Industrial Software simulations, and low code software development and management a plus
Working Conditions:
* Fixed -Term Contract for 18 Months
* Hybrid model - Mexico City
