We are seeking an Assistant II, People Operations to provide essential administrative support to daily Human Resources activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and delivering timely assistance to employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to Human Resources operations
* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
* Address and respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes
* Assist in the implementation and execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs
* Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and regulations
* Perform routine administrative and operational tasks aligned with business needs
* Identify and resolve moderate administrative issues, escalating when necessary

Support and manage timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of issues
* Contribute to improving HR processes and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

* Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles
* Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices
* Desired experience with timekeeping systems (Kronos / UKG)
* Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage priorities and work within established timelines and standards
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle routine to moderate complexity tasks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to learn quickly through on-the-job training and applied experience
