Descripción del empleo:
* Lead the execution of the Supplier Development Plan (SDP) across all phases: Scouting, Assessment (ISSA, SDA, P1), Development, and Sustainability Confirmation.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (PPV, PQT, PUQ, GS/PEX) for supplier assessments and development activities.
* Drive implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement plans at supplier sites, based on the assessments mentioned above.
* Ensure alignment with Bosch audit standards (e.g., VDA6.3, CQI audits, P-FMEA, etc).
* Oversee supplier ramp-up and SOP readiness.
* Report progress and escalate issues if needed.
Requisitos:
* Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes / value stream.
* Project Management: Ability to manage multi-phase development projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
* Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis, risk assessment, and gap identification.
* Communication: Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills; ability to lead cross-functional meetings. Communication with CEO and shopfloor.
* Adaptability: Capable of tailoring development programs (full or adapted) based on supplier readiness and audit results.
* Leadership: Experience in leading task force teams and driving supplier performance improvement.
* Shopfloor Empathy: Skilled in engaging with operators and technicians to understand real-world challenges and drive practical improvements.
* Cross-Cultural Communication: Comfortable working with diverse teams across North America and globally.
* Conflict Resolution: Capable of navigating supplier resistance and internal misalignment with diplomacy and assertiveness.
* Training & Coaching: Able to mentor suppliers and internal teams on Bosch methodologies and expectations.
