Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to become a Creative X support, fully dedicated to the tool and bring service to the PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) OU. This analyst will operate as a liaison between Global Insights as tool owners and PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF) Production, Media, PMO, Brand teams and agencies as end users, ensuring an agile collaboration among them in regards to CreativeX and a high performance that helps brand teams achieve their annual score target.
Responsibilities:
* Support operational set-up and implementation of the Creative X system within PepsiCo Mexico Foods (PMF), partnering with and delivering this service to the business.
* Upload assets into the platform for testing, being able to provide feedback and insights to production teams and how to improve their score.
* Organize, track and monitor assets in shared folders to the different stakeholders to be informed.
* Flag assets that do not comply with Brilliant Basics or need to be adjusted.
* Ensure CreativeX documentation shared with PMF stakeholders is clear, consistent and up to date.
* Responsible for the construction of materials and training sessions to build knowledge.
* Partner with Sector teams, agencies and third parties in the adoption of Creative X
* Develop reports to monitor and track Creative X most relevant KPI's

* English proficiency
* Experience in marketing technology, ideally experience in digital content assessment systems (as CreativeX) or content optimization for social media.
* Experience working within a brand environment, collaborating with agencies and marketers
* Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with ability to engage, listen, and collaborate with internal and external partners
* Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
* Resourceful, secures and deploys resources effectively and efficiently.
