Job Description:

Main Objective:
Manage and ensure the benefits strategy and its proper implementation on the site.
What challenges will you have?
* Design and execute the site benefits strategy, ensuring the proper execution of its processes and KPi continuous improvement.
* Ensure the payment of the Productivity Bonus, as well as its calculation and the continuous improvement that derives from this process.
* Ensure the proper operation of cafeteria providers, OXXO, vehicle fleet, transportation, among others.

Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Experience managing employee services within a manufacturing environment.
* Bilingual proficiency (English-Spanish) at a B2 level or higher.
* Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
