Vendor Business Manager

Sobre el rol:
La posición se enfoca en desarrollar y mantener relaciones de negocio con vendors asignados de TD SYNNEX, con el objetivo de lograr el mejor desempeño financiero. Combina un background técnico con habilidades comerciales consultivas, actuando como punto de referencia para la tecnología, programas y estrategia del vendor dentro de la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales

* Gestionar e implementar el vendor business plan dentro de TD SYNNEX, alineando objetivos del vendor y de la compañía.
* Comunicar estrategias, programas y beneficios del vendor a los equipos internos.
* Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de negocio para incrementar market share.
* Gestionar y proponer funding incremental y programas a nivel vendor.
* Coordinar con equipos cross-functional (product groups, ventas) en negociaciones de precios y análisis de mercado.
* Analizar el impacto de programas, elaborar reportes y dar seguimiento a resultados financieros.
* Gestionar forecast, pipeline y proyecciones.
* Administrar actividades que impulsen el desempeño proforma del vendor y contribuyan a los objetivos financieros de TD SYNNEX.

Perfil Buscado

Experiencia y Formación

* 1 a 3 años de experiencia en un rol técnico-comercial, consultivo, preventa o business development.
* Licenciatura concluida o experiencia equivalente.
* Background técnico sólido, con interés o desarrollo en el área comercial.

Conocimientos y Herramientas

* Manejo intermedio-avanzado de Excel y paquetería Office.
* Conocimientos básicos de CRM y herramientas internas.
* Deseable conocimiento de conceptos comerciales como forecast, pipeline y rebates.

Habilidades Clave

* Excelente comunicación y capacidad para explicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara.
* Perfil proactivo, organizado y orientado a resultados.
* Capacidad de análisis, seguimiento de procesos y gestión del tiempo.
* Apertura a capacitación constante y certificaciones técnicas/comerciales
