About this role

At the heart of our business is a complex orchestration of partner systems and logistics integrations. Your mission is to ensure our order fulfillment backbone is fast, reliable, and future-proof. You will join a cross-functional team that values bold ideas, open communication, and technical curiosity.

We are expanding one of our cross-functional teams handling order tracking and order flow management. Looking for bold, open, and curious software engineers with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and a deep understanding of modern product development.

These are some of the key components to the position:
* Modernize Core Systems: Evolve our high-scale order fulfillment architecture within an agile, small-team environment.
* End-to-End Ownership: Design, implement, monitor, and maintain services that meet strict availability and resilience standards.
* Collaborative Problem Solving: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn business challenges into elegant technical solutions.
* AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to integrate LLMs and Machine Learning into our order flow-from optimizing flow configuration to automating anomaly detection in complex scenarios.
* Technical Excellence: Drive quality through rigorous code reviews, TDD, and knowledge-sharing sessions (demos, tutorials, and tech talks).

What will you bring to the team?
* Experience: Professional backend experience with Kotlin or Java.
* Testing Rigor: A strong advocate for modern testing (Unit, Integration, Regression); experience with TDD is a significant plus.
* DevOps Mindset: Sound understanding of CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
* Communication: Fluent English skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Growth Mindset: An appetite for learning new stacks and staying ahead of industry trends, including AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code, Github Copilot).
