About this role
Join our dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team as the technical engine driving our AI-first infrastructure for the Partner and Courier ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, translating vision into robust journeys. We value teamwork to deliver, and you will play a vital role in owning the technical deployment of smart-tech solutions to help us lead the way. By showing you care for our partners through personalized experiences, you help us achieve our biggest ambitions.
Location: Amsterdam / Enschede (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home) Reporting to: Global Manager, Partner & Courier CRM
These are some of the key components to the position:
* Design and deploy complex, multi-channel automated journeys that prioritize AI-driven personalization and efficiency.
* Write and optimize Structured Query Language (SQL) queries to segment audiences and ensure high data hygiene.
* Implement advanced platform features like Salesforce Einstein and Journey Builder to increase technical excellence.
* Execute rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) testing for all deployments to ensure flawless logic across our ecosystem.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional campaigns for the Platform & Solutions team.
* Proactively monitor system performance and troubleshoot Application Programming Interface (API) integrations to maintain technical health.
* Act as a technical advisor on AI capabilities, helping one another succeed by demonstrating what is possible.
What will you bring to the team?
* Proficiency in enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or AgentForce.
* Strong knowledge of SQL for audience segmentation and a commitment to maintaining accurate data environments.
* Skills in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) alongside scripting languages like AMPscript or Liquid.
* An understanding of relational databases and API integrations to support our internal partners.
* Ability to stay committed to achieving goals and managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative mindset, ready to give and receive feedback to grow every day within the JET team.
* A drive for continuous learning, staying updated with Marketing Technology (MarTech) trends to identify new opportunities.
