At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we're looking for a Public Area Supervisor who ensures every detail reflects our commitment to excellence - from sparkling lobbies to flawless public spaces that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Your role in the journey
As Public Area Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of our hotel's shared spaces. From the historic Wintergarden to elegant corridors and vibrant lobbies, you'll ensure every area radiates cleanliness and sophistication.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating daily cleaning operations for all public areas.
* Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantara's high standards.
* Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
* Managing schedules and guiding the Public Area team.
* Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

What you'll bring
* A hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail.
* Experience in Housekeeping or Public Area supervision, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* A flexible and proactive attitude.
* Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
