We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Technician to join our team and support maintenance activities across aircraft, engines, and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks in accordance with approved procedures, manufacturer requirements, and regulatory standards while working closely with Licensed Aircraft Engineers to ensure aircraft safety, airworthiness, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine aircraft, engine, and component maintenance and servicing activities in line with approved procedures and safety standards
* Carry out component replacement, structural repairs, and maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
* Interpret and utilize technical documentation including AMM, IPC, CMM, and other approved manuals
* Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers with inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification, modifications, and aircraft walk-around checks
* Maintain strong adherence to safety regulations and actively contribute to a positive safety culture
* Ensure work areas, tools, equipment, and facilities maintain high housekeeping standards and FOD prevention practices
* Support operational efficiency through timely completion of assigned maintenance tasks and effective communication during shift handovers
* Assist in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues and performing inspections to identify and prevent maintenance concerns
* Be available to support operational requirements including AOG recovery and deployment when required

Qualification
Requirements
* Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent training from a reputable airline or approved aircraft maintenance organization
* Engineering Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant experience will be an advantage
* Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and technical manuals
* Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and operational standards
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
* Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in safety-sensitive environments involving heights, heavy lifting, confined spaces, and exposure to operational hazards
* Airport driving permit
The candidate should have a permit to live and work in Pakistan
