The People Advisor plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's People Strategy through top-notch onsite support for the organization, being the first point of contact to our FLPO employees. The People Advisor's responsibilities encompass the implementation of essential HR processes within their specific functional domain. Additionally, the People Advisor serves as an advocate for the company culture, striving to foster a positive and enriching experience for all employees.
Role Responsibilities:

Support workforce planning, including headcount budgeting, manpower analysis, and labor cost calculations.

Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring smooth induction, documentation, and system guidance (Workday, Time & Attendance).
*
Manage Time & Attendance processes, including employee enrollment, biometrics, access control, and reporting.
*
Support learning and development initiatives, including training plans, OJT tracking, and competency-based programs for frontline roles.
*
Deliver employee services and HR support, including benefits administration, employee queries, and support for foreign worker permits.
*
Drive employee engagement and employee relations, supporting case management, engagement plans, exit interviews, and retention initiatives.
*
Prepare HR analytics and compliance reporting, ensuring data accuracy, payroll coordination, and support for audits and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Experience in HR and local labor law.
*
Background in logistics or operations.
*
Strong employee-centric mindset and service orientation.
*
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
*
Effective planning and organizational abilities.
*
Solution-focused with a drive for continuous improvement.
*
Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
*
Fluent in English (highly desirable).
*
Experience with Workday (preferred).
