Role Profile:
As part of our dynamic Customer Success team, you'll play a key role in shaping and growing trading communities across Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS region. You'll guide clients through new e-FX trading capabilities, foster strong relationships, and help them unlock the full potential of our platforms. Your ability to combine market insight with strategic thinking and proactive engagement will be essential in driving meaningful usage and creating a vibrant, connected network.
Role Summary:
This role combines relationship-building, strategic thinking, and market awareness to support the growth of trading communities in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS. As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide clients through new trading capabilities, encourage consistent usage, and provide insights that inform product development and account strategies. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will align platform capabilities with trading workflows and help shape a dynamic, expanding trading network.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and users to increase platform usage.
* Educate customers on how LSEG trading products support their business objectives.
* Provide proactive customer service and respond quickly to queries.
* Configure platforms to meet client trading needs and monitor usage trends.
* Act as subject matter expert for transaction services and support sales/account teams.
* Source leads for new participants and assist in onboarding.
* Contribute to account plans and retention strategies.
* Deliver campaigns promoting new capabilities and share customer insights internally.
* Track competitor activity and react to threats.
* Report regularly on community transactions activity.
What You'll Bring:
* University degree preferred; professional certifications recommended.
* Significant market and trading workflow expertise (banking or corporate treasury experience ideal).
* Strong customer relationship and consultative selling skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking.
* Fluency in English and Turkish; proficiency in Polish or Russian is a plus.

Career Stage:Senior Associate
Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł107,300 - zł178,900. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan, aligned with the company policy. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
