Join our dynamic Process Management and Quality team at BMW Financial Services, driving excellence in business analysis and project delivery.

What awaits you?

* Creating comprehensive analysis plans including scope, priorities, schedule, dependencies, and stakeholder identification.

* Independently conducting analytical workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

* Managing requirement changes within projects and moderating scope adjustments.

* Developing clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements (user stories with acceptance criteria).

* Maintaining detailed analytical documentation using Confluence and Jira.

* Presenting requirements effectively to technical teams (developers, testers, architects, system analysts).

* Presenting and explaining requirements to sponsors and senior management.

What should you bring along?

* University degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

* Professional experience in business analysis, ideally within complex programs or integration/data-driven projects.

* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Ability to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa.

* Experience in process modeling and use of tools like Draw.io, Signavio, or UML (preferred).

* Basic skills in data handling (CSV, SQL queries).

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including moderating workshops.

* Proactive, system-thinking mindset with strong organizational skills.
