Research & Development Product Manager

Research & Development Manager is responsible for developing of fresh dairy products for various European markets taking part in innovation, renovation and productivity projects. This role representing the R&I interests to multiple internal cross-functional partners and to external partners during all projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and execution of all R&I tasks required to ensure progression through the stage gates of the project management system including: lab prototyping, organization of pilot plant tests, conducting industrial tests in plants, leading industrial product launches, conducting and interpretation of analytical measurements
* Participating in the design of consumer tests, organizing sample production, and ensuring product quality for the consumer test
* Cooperating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Quality, UX, R&I EU Team, Marketing)
* Taking part in innovation workshops, providing ideas, and contributing to building the innovation pipelines

* Min. 2 years of experience in a related field (dairy experience preferred)
* Master’s / bachelor’s degree in food science or closely related field
* Ability to work cross-functionally within large international team
* Strong communication skills with different stakeholders
* Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Leadership skills demonstrated in the management and follow up of the projects with internal and external partners
* Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) as a must
* Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) SAP knowledge nice to have" descriptionHeader="
