Asystent/ka zespołu Reprezentacji Najemców (Assistant to Tenant Representation team)

Zakres obowiązków:
* Zapewnienie wsparcia administracyjnego dedykowanemu zespołowi
* Prowadzenie bazy danych
* Wsparcie w realizacji projektów Reprezentacji Najemcy
* Przygotowywanie materiałów marketingowych, prezentacji, ofert i raportów
* Planowanie spotkań, rozliczanie wydatków
* Pomoc w organizacji wydarzeń dla klientów
* Doraźne tłumaczenia

Wymagania:
* Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego (minimum C2) oraz angielskiego (minimum C1)
* Doskonała znajomość pakietu MS Office, szczególnie Power Point
* Umiejętności analityczne/numeryczne
* Duża dbałość o szczegóły
* Pozytywne nastawienie i umiejętności organizacyjne
* Mile widziane doświadczenie w formatowaniu dokumentów lub projektowaniu graficznym
* Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
* Bardzo dobre umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne
* Doświadczenie w branży nieruchomości będzie dodatkowym atutem
