THE WORK: Discover the opportunity to lead with insight and innovation. You will collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions that impact various groups. This role will involve managing and guiding efforts to perform at the highest level, with a focus on Usability Design. Join us in shaping experiences that inspire and engage. Manage the visual design efforts and develop materials that support the visual design strategy. Collaborate with developers and technical architects to define functional and technical usability requirements. Ensure applications meet objectives and performance goals through effective usability design. Oversee the user interface design process to maintain consistency and quality. Develop and maintain the technical user interface style inventory. Conduct quality evaluations to verify that the user experience vision, design, and standards are met by application and architecture developers. Participate in quality management reviews to ensure compliance with quality management plans and standards. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Usability Design. Expert proficiency in Concept Prototyping. A minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
