What awaits you?
* IT Service Delivery and coordination of IT Support.
* Solutions assessment, IT technical advisory.
* Coordination of IT Project, IT Change Requests and IT Project Releases.
* Coordination, supporting of bug fixes, Major Incident coordination.
* IT Vendor steering incl. KPIs, SLA control and collaboration.
* Service budget control incl. IT Vendor control and settlements.
* Work and with tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, Xray.
What should you bring along?
* University degree in IT or similar
* Professional experience in the field of IT Service Delivery/Management
* Knowledge of incident management tools e.g. Service Now
* Familiar with IT Security
* Experience in preparing technical documentation
* Fluent Polish and advanced English [minimum B1, B2 or higher preferred], oral and written.
* Problem solving skills, "can do" attitude.
