What you'll be doing:As Production Lead, you will oversee end-to-end production operations across one of Avon's largest and most modern manufacturing sites. You will lead and develop a large production team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cost performance. As a key member of the factory leadership team, you will drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of the organization by leading change, empowering people, and creating a high-performing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities:

* Leading production activities across preparation, processing, filling, packing, repacking, and gift set operations.
* Driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across the manufacturing operation.
* Leading and developing a large, diverse production workforce.
* Supporting Avon's ongoing transformation by driving change and preparing teams for future business needs.
* Implementing and advancing Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives in a practical and sustainable way.
* Collaborating with factory leadership peers to deliver operational goals and long-term business success.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance, and ways of working across the site.

What we're looking for:
* Significant leadership experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading large operational teams in a production setting
* Practical knowledge of Lean, TPM, WCM methodologies and tools, with a hands-on approach to implementation.
* A visible, people-focused leadership style with a strong presence on the shop floor.
* Understanding of health and safety requirements, quality standards, and relevant employment regulations.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
* The ability to thrive in a changing environment, challenge the status quo, and think creatively to solve problems.
* A passion for developing people, building high-performing teams, and making a lasting impact.
* Willing to be assigned and to travel to Garwolin
