Job Description

We are looking for Business Process Experts to join our global Procurement function, focusing on Strategy and Innovation. In this role, you will design, deploy, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring they are standardized, scalable, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in driving global transformation and process excellence across the organization.

Your role:

* Design and develop end-to-end procurement processes aligned with business strategy and global standards
* Lead deployment of new processes, including training, communication, and business readiness activities
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities based on data and user feedback
* Collaborate with global stakeholders (Business, IT, Product Owners, Local Experts) to ensure alignment and adoption
* Ensure process standardization, harmonization, and compliance with internal policies
* Support change management and global rollout of new solutions and process updates
* Monitor process performance using KPIs and drive efficiency improvements using Lean/Agile methodologies

You're the right fit if:

* Proven experience in business process management and end-to-end process design
* Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
* Experience in change management, process deployment
* Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven improvements
* Familiarity with Lean, Agile or continuous improvement methodologies
* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or quality (nice to have, not mandatory)
* Ability to translate business needs into scalable process and system solutions and readyness for process digitalizations
