Merchant Onboarding Specialist with Czech/Slovak

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Perform contract onboarding activities including contract validation, data entry, system setup, confirmation, and archiving
* Verify completeness and accuracy of application data, including contract details and KYC/AML documentation
* Enter customer and terminal information into relevant systems and initiate delivery, installation, and billing processes where applicable
* Send activation and welcome communications to new customers
* Collaborate with Risk and Sales teams, including internal and external partners, to clarify cases and provide status updates
* Support internal and external stakeholders across the onboarding process
* Support problem-solving activities and help implement agreed improvements

* Polish and English skills at a very good level in speaking and writing
* Czech/Slovak skills at a good level in speaking and writing

* Positive attitude with a proactive mind
