Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Media Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital media strategies that drive lead generation and business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, campaign planning and implementation, performance analysis, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities, is data-driven, and has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, performance metrics, and optimization techniques. Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client business objectives and lead generation targets. Build integrated media plans across multiple digital channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation and audience targeting. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through channel diversification, audience insights, and emerging digital trends. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create effective media recommendations and proposals. Campaign Implementation & Management Coordinate and oversee the implementation of digital media campaigns across various platforms. Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and according to agreed objectives and KPIs. Manage media investments across channels including: Paid Search (SEM) Paid Social Programmatic Display Direct Buys Performance Marketing Campaigns Lead Generation Campaigns Monitor campaign delivery and performance, ensuring budgets, pacing, and targeting are optimized throughout the campaign lifecycle. Reporting & Performance Analysis Develop regular campaign performance reports and client presentations. Analyze data from multiple platforms and reporting tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate complex performance data into clear business insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps. Evaluate campaign effectiveness against KPIs and lead generation objectives. Provide strategic optimization recommendations based on campaign performance and market insights. Client Management Serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital media planning and performance matters. Present media strategies, campaign updates, performance reviews, and optimization recommendations. Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consultative problem-solving. Understand client business challenges and proactively identify opportunities to improve results. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in digital media planning, campaign management, and performance marketing. Strong understanding of: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Paid Search Paid Social Display Advertising Programmatic Media Direct Buy Media Lead Generation Strategies Performance Marketing Deep knowledge of digital media KPIs and measurement; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets. Experience working with reporting platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multi-channel digital media campaigns with significant media budgets. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. Experience using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant media platforms. Understanding of customer journey mapping, attribution, and conversion optimization principles.
