The Opportunity
PwC is the leading practice in tax, assurance and advisory and offers a diverse range of services and therefore opportunities for newcomers to our organization.
We're looking for a positive, motivated, team-working and responsible person to join our Reception team in Bucharest.
What you will be doing:
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
* Manage reception activities, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, taking messages, and providing visitor support.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings and events.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, newspapers, and other office deliveries.
* Provide administrative and clerical support to internal stakeholders.
* Maintain reception area standards, office security procedures, and visitor records.
* Deliver excellent customer service and respond to requests professionally via phone, email, and in person.
* Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and activities.
* Report facility and maintenance issues and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
* Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services.
