About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Admin to join our vibrant legal team at (COMPANY NAME). Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:

* Provide support to Head of Legal SEE and to our business in SEE
* Perform legal risk assessments
* Manage day to day matters such as, reviewing contracts (e.g.: customer, distributor contracts), draft, review and update corporate/ legal documents, presentations and similar
* Manage privacy assessments together with the Group Data team

The experience we're looking for

* University degree in Law
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational environment or in a law firm
* Knowledge of Romanian civil law, advertising, and contractual law
* Ability to provide thorough legal advice and ownership over your work
* Fluent English besides native Romanian
* Customer-oriented mindset and great communication skills
* Ability to perform your daily work independently
* Ability to understand our fast-moving business
