Обязанности:

* Drive sustainable category growth by shaping and executing end-to-end category strategy across customers and channels, acting as a key link between commercial teams, marketing and operations.

* Establish strong Category Management expertise within the organization and with key customers, acting as a trusted category advisor and driving fact-based decision making.

* Define and continuously evolve category sales strategy in line with market dynamics, shopper behavior and competitive landscape, ensuring delivery of business targets and long-term category growth.

Own assortment strategy and development:
Define Hero SKU and priority segments
Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and category growth
Lead NPD and exclusive launches, ensuring strong commercial rationale and execution

Drive pricing and commercial effectiveness:
Shape EDV strategy, price architecture and promo mechanics
Manage discretionary budgets to balance profitability and shopper value

Ensure best-in-class execution in-store:
Own Perfect Store performance and improvement agenda
Develop and implement action plans (NPD, exclusives, customer initiatives)
Provide full support to Sales team in delivering execution standards

Lead cross-functional alignment:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply teams to ensure aligned category strategy and delivery of financial results
Translate category insights into actionable plans across functions

Own planning and forecasting processes:
Actively contribute to IsoP process
Lead DMR and MBR cycles to ensure accurate forecast and sales plan delivery

Drive customer and business planning processes:
Lead and contribute to Category Reviews, PBR, AOP cycles
Prepare and deliver compelling, insight-driven presentations for customers
Continuously identify new opportunities for category and business development, leveraging data, shopper insights and market trendsТребования:

* Higher education
* Experience in Category Management / Commercial / Sales Development 3+ years
* Strong understanding of category management principles and retail dynamics
* Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
* Experience in client communication and presentations
* Strong analytical skills: ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Project management skills and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
* English - upper-intermediate and above
