The opportunity
We're currently looking for a Group FP&A Manager. Someone to join our global finance team to lead reporting and financial planning processes while acting as a trusted partner to management and key business areas. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a strong drive to translate financial performance into clear direction.
In this role, you will sit at the center of financial planning and follow-up, consolidating group-level insights across short, mid and long-term horizons. You will work closely with finance, operations and leadership teams, ensuring alignment between performance tracking and strategic priorities while supporting decision making across the organization.
This position is located at our office in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, combining collaboration with focused individual time. What matters most is enabling strong delivery and continuous progress.
The responsibilities
In this role, you'll lead the group's planning and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality financial insights that support both operational and strategic decisions. Working as part of the global finance function, you will drive improvement in processes, tools and collaboration across the organization.
* Lead reporting for actuals and planning processes including forecast, budget and business planning
* Consolidate and present group income statement across short, mid and long-term planning cycles
* Define requirements for development of BI reporting and planning systems
* Manage Group Financial Analysts and ensure high-quality deliveries
* Drive development of profit and cost analysis to improve business understanding and decision support
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you are analytical and structured, with a strong ability to connect financial data to business performance. You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership, balancing long-term perspective with day-to-day priorities. You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting financial insights for a wide range of stakeholders, including non-finance audiences. With a collaborative mindset, you build strong relationships across functions and navigate an international environment with confidence.
You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, able to prioritize effectively and handle ad hoc requests without losing focus. You bring a pragmatic approach and a strong sense of accountability, always acting in the best interest of the organization.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
* Several years of experience in financial planning, preferably within industrial or complex business environments, enabling you to understand operational drivers and performance dynamics
* Experience in a managerial or leadership position, allowing you to guide teams and ensure high-quality deliveries
* Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data into actionable insights for decision making
* Experience working with Excel and business analytics tools, supporting accurate reporting and advanced analysis
* Proven ability to communicate financial information clearly to different stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the business
