Dein Verantwortungsbereich

* Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du das Team in der operativen Vertriebspartneradministration

* Die Pflege sowie die Qualitätssicherung der Vertriebspartnerdaten in unseren Systemen gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich

* Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Mutationen, Eröffnungen und Abklärungen im Zusammenhang mit Vertriebspartnerdaten übernimmst du selbstständig

* Du arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen

* Als Ansprechperson stehst du Benutzerinnen, Benutzern und Kunden bei Fragen zu Logins und weiteren administrativen Anliegen zur Verfügung

Deine Stärken

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder befindest dich aktuell im Studium

* Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus

* Von Vorteil ist, wenn du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen oder in der Vertriebspartner- bzw. Stammdatenpflege mitbringst

* Du hast Interesse an administrativen Prozessen und arbeitest mit hoher Genauigkeit

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Kenntnisse in Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil
