Beschreibung:

The Excutive Business Administrator offers complex administrative assistance for a senior leader and their business groups/global regions. They manage their own time, high-level manager's time, and manager's directs' time effectively while provideing complex calendar management and makes administrative choices and demands for high-level manager. Youi'll be responsible for handling the logistics for business group meetings/events proactively, while drafting professional and courteous communications for high-level manager.

Create data management plans and handle data by using the advanced features of (COMPANY NAME) products/tools. Learn the overall business group strategy deeply, and serve as an information resource to the business group. Foresees and eliminates administrative obstacles and makes timely decisions across the business group. You'll solve customer requests directly and welcomes business guests.

* Provide administrative support to Management Board members
* Pro-active diary management of MB's complex calendar on an ongoing basis, working across multiple time zones and countries, ability to prioritize calendar based on business needs to ensure accurate scheduling
* Plan & Coordinate domestic and international travels end to end including all logistics, itineraries, and international visas
* Maintaining and publishing organizational charts, contact lists, org level aliases and distribution groups
* Coordination and support for organizing internal and external events, meetings, conferences
* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants regarding general requests
* Reconciling expense reports, ensure timely processing and approvals as appropriate
* Ownership of internal processes, including purchase ordering, tracking invoices, ordering hardware/software, Compliance champ, T&E champ

Ihr Profil:

* Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced international environment
* Self-motivated, organized and efficient, with a hands-on and can-do-attitude
* Very confident with (COMPANY NAME) O365 products and specifically with (COMPANY NAME) Teams and Outlook
* Business fluent in German and English. French is a plus
* Exceptional time, organization and planning skills
* Strong communication and people skills
* Use initiative appropriate to position and demonstrates a high degree of pro-activity
* Demonstrates ownership, tracking and follow through to resolution on all queries and issues
* High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism
* Appreciates working in a hybrid world and is a tech-savy person
