You will play a key role within the Operations function, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of income-related corporate actions across global markets. This position demands a high level of precision, initiative, and client focus to support the integrity of dividend and interest payment flows, tax recovery processes, and associated reconciliation activities.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Ensure accurate and timely processing of interest and dividend events
* Supervise tax reclaim processes across various markets
* Perform reconciliation and resolve security and cash discrepancies
* Identify and manage securities lending and borrowing positions, including coordination with counterparties
* Process internal and external payments efficiently
* Provide prompt and competent support through the service mailbox and hotline

YOUR PROFILE

* Completed banking apprenticeship, basic commercial education, or high school diploma (preferably with prior banking experience)
* Proven experience in securities processing and corporate actions administration, including mandatory and voluntary events, with solid understanding of related lifecycle events, entitlements, and settlement impacts
* Experience in administrative transactions is an advantage
* High level of initiative, personal responsibility, and commitment
* Strong team orientation, reliability, and collegial attitude
* Independent, accurate, resilient, and flexible in dynamic environments
* Genuine interest in technical and procedural details
* Excellent written and spoken proficiency in German and English
