What will you do?

En Barceló Hotel Group, buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Eventos apasionado/a por crear experiencias memorables. Esta persona será responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos sociales y corporativos, asegurando que cada detalle refleje la excelencia y hospitalidad que caracteriza a nuestra marca.

Requisitos:
* Formación en Turismo, Organización de Eventos, Hostelería o similar.
* Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar, preferiblemente en hoteles de 4 o 5 estrellas.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle.
* Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y software de gestión de eventos.
* Nivel alto de español e inglés (otros idiomas son un plus).
* Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos.

Se valorará:
* Conocimiento de tendencias en eventos y hospitalidad.
* Experiencia previa en cadenas hoteleras internacionales.
* Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y orientada al cliente.

Responsabilidades Principales:
* Planificar y coordinar todos los aspectos logísticos de eventos: reuniones, bodas, conferencias, banquetes, etc.
* Ser el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente y el hotel antes, durante y después del evento.
* Supervisar la ejecución del evento en sitio, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad.
* Coordinar con los departamentos internos para garantizar una ejecución fluida.
* Gestionar presupuestos, controlar costes y negociar con proveedores externos.
* Realizar visitas de inspección con clientes y elaborar propuestas personalizadas.
* Resolver imprevistos de forma proactiva y con orientación al cliente.
* Evaluar la satisfacción del cliente post-evento y proponer mejoras continuas.
