Manage and operate infrastructure and operations aligned with service and experience level agreements. Maintain reliable and secure information technology infrastructure to support organizational needs. Identify opportunities to enhance services and improve operational effectiveness continuously. Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and support ongoing improvements in infrastructure monitoring. Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to ensure optimal functionality. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Infrastructure Monitoring. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM Incident Management. Beginner proficiency in Grafana. Beginner proficiency in Nagios. Intermediate proficiency in network performance analysis. Intermediate proficiency in system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
