Summary of the role:
The Leaning Partner Specialist (Travel Schools) is a Customer Learning Services entry point for the Commercial teams working with Governmental & Private Schools and Universities, as part of the Amadeus Learning Partners Program. These Travel Schools/Universities include Amadeus Solutions (specifically Selling Platform Connect) within their curriculum, to prepare students for entering the Travel & Tourism Industry.

The Amadeus Learning Partners Program is a crucial link between educational institutions and the travel industry, providing schools with the means to train students as the travel professionals of the future. For Amadeus, this provides a unique opportunity to turn students, who are tomorrow's users and buyers, into Amadeus advocates.

Contributing to the overall positioning of the learning offer for Travel Schools, the Learning Partner Specialist (Travel Schools) ensures the alignment of the offer with Amadeus' strategic and solution portfolio goals, as well as customer needs.

The position will be responsible for implementing the Amadeus Learning Partners Program within the Region and operational day-to-day management of the Program. Focusing on the EMEA & NORAM Regions, the role will additionally provide support globally, as required.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Service Offer and Portfolio:
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Amadeus solution portfolio, with a focus on Selling Platform Connect
* Manage the day-to-day operation (including student certification) of the Amadeus Learning Partners Program in the EMEA & NORAM Regions and provide support, as needed, globally
* Ensure alignment of the Travel Schools learning portfolio with the overall Customer Learning Services strategy
* Lead information sharing initiatives and promotions to increase visibility on the Amadeus Learning Partners Program with Commercial teams and local Schools & Universities
* Plan and lead service offer design projects, facilitating engagement across Learning teams and other Amadeus stakeholders. Ensure effective end-to-end project management
* Ensure appropriate processes in-place to support the day-to-day operation of the Amadeus Learning Partners Program within the Region
* Monitor feedback, analyse trends, KPIs and pro-actively follow-up

Commercial Engagement:
* Building a strong relationship with Commercial teams, the Learning Partner Specialist acts as a voice of Customer Learning Services with the Commercial Organisation, sharing our learning strategy and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
* Provide Learning Services expertise as needed
* Internal coordination with a wide range of Amadeus teams to support the Amadeus Learning Partners Program (e.g. Customer Operations, Legal, Go To Market, Commercial and ESG)
* Contribution to customer and internal meetings (e.g. presentations, Business Reviews, Joint-sales presentations with commercial teams etc.)

* Highly motivated, service-orientated customer service professional with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels and experience working with commercial teams and customers
* Flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise, manage and coordinate multiple activities whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines (project management)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
* Autonomous with strong follow-through skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
* Positive and collaborative attitude, able to work effectively across departments and with geographically remote teams
* Confident, dynamic and forward thinking
* Ability to analyse trends, synthesize and present in an engaging manner
* Previous travel industry experience within a learning or customer services role
* Understanding of Amadeus Solutions, specifically Selling Platform Connect
