Location Overview
Join our team in Aman Nai Lert. Amid the skyscrapers of central Bangkok, Thailand's first urban Aman hotel and residences will rise from the verdant sanctuary that is Nai Lert Park. Here, history and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand's revered Nai Lert family.

Scope of Work:

The incumbent in this position is producing all mise-en-place for daily kitchen operation and assisting in the operations, is also able to work on his own in the staff cafeteria kitchen. This person is trained on a daily basis by a demi chef and chef de partie.

Responsibilities and Duties:
· To assist and control the daily preparation and the à la carte execution.
· Take notes every time a training occurs and try his best to learn the best practices.
· To prepare every course as well as mise en place at the respective post following the given recipes and related trainings.
· To ensure the quality of the prepared courses is always maintained.
· To be jointly responsible for the preparation of the market list
· To be jointly responsible for the daily store organization
· To be jointly responsible for a cost-conscious acting at the respective post
· To control daily the cold-storage and refrigerators including their maintenance and cleaning.
· To be jointly responsible for the subordinated employees, especially trainees and apprentices
· To clear and take care of the equipment at the respective post.
· To adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
· To communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
· To communicate with his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information.
· Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
· To attend and participate in daily briefings.
· To attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled.
· To clean and re-sets the assigned working area. (at the beginning and at the end of the shift)

Qualification/Training:
· High school/ college graduate
· Specialized culinary courses
