Club Receptionist - Soho House Istanbul

We are looking for Club Receptionist with the qualifications below:
* A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members and by guests
* Ability to work well under the pressure of coordinating many requests at any given time
* Being approachable and reliable
* Ability to be flexible as the job changes
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays if necessary
* Spoken and written fluency in English and in Turkish

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibility for the care of club private members throughout their visit
* To use own initiative and to personally take any action appropriate to deliver a first class service
* Responsibility for private member's check-in control, concierge duties and check-out
* To meet, greet and bid farewell to all private members - with a smile and making eye contact
* To escort private member guests to related place whenever possible
* Fully understand and operate the telephone systems
* Fully understand and operate the club private membership system
* Accountable for the Club Reception cash handling issues
* To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
