WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Managing customer orders for the assigned export region, including order entry, production and stock follow-up, export processes, and shipment execution,
* Coordinating shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimizing warehouse waiting time,
* Preparing export invoices accurately and sharing shipment-related information with relevant internal stakeholders,
* Communicating product information, pricing updates, and shipment details to customers,
* Recording and invoicing export-related costs, including customs clearance and sample shipments.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
* Bachelor's degree,
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service field,
* Strong command of MS Office applications (especially advanced MS Excel skills),
* Experience as a Sap Key User is preferred,
* Good level of written and spoken English,
* High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills,
* Strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking abilities,
* Ability to make fast and accurate decisions in a dynamic environment.
