Job Description:
* Lead and manage the Merchandiser team for Key Accounts across Türkiye
* Oversee the development and performance management of the team
* Ensure the achievement of target vs. actual results within the team
* Manage and monitor all pre- and post-sales activities
* Ensure adherence to application and operational standards
* Oversee display and stand positioning to enhance visual presence
* Drive increased visual awareness and shelf space share
* Ensure alignment with company priorities in the application of standards
* Ensure compliance with in-store sales activities across the region
* Monitor and ensure adherence to routing schedules
* Optimize inefficient routes to improve productivity
* Actively train and work alongside the team to ensure high performance
* Continuously enhance skills and competencies by working closely with the team
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities
* In-depth technical knowledge and market understanding of power tools
* Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Willingness to travel and demonstrate mobility as needed
* Prior experience in managing key accounts and client relationships
* Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development
