Job Description:

* Responsible of organizing all departments activities (WS, outdoor activities, etc.)
* Be member of digital transformation projects for the team
* Organizing Daily / Monthly / Quarterly meetings with stakeholders
* Documentation, organization, protocol, and related follow-up procedures
* Providing departmental support on a process-by-process basis when necessary (website development, archives, etc.)
* Supporting departmental purchasing processes

Qualifications:

* Studying in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or other relevant departments at universities (Being a 3rd/4th year undergraduate or master)
* Availability to work at least 3 days per week
* Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English (both written and spoken)
* Good command of MS Office programs
* Eager to learn new things, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
