We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our teams on various needs and play a role in helping Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

Responsibilities

* Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
* Building relationships with universities and student clubs and organizing campus events
* Managing the internship program process end-to-end
* Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
* Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
* Helping the recruitment team with all projects

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Passion for learning the recruitment process
* Eager to learn ATS tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
