* In this role, you manage the applications of our PLM / ALM landscape based on Siemens PLM Teamcenter & Polarion. You operate the applications from an IT perspective and ensure a stable and reliable environment.
* You operate and configure our PLM system landscape and adapt it from a technical perspective. Furthermore you help in coordinating our external partners as part of the project activities. You will also take part in support tasks to a varying degree.
* In building up our future engineering landscape you will get in touch with different topics like PLM, ALM, MBSE, Big Data and Advanced Analytics and you will work jointly together with colleagues from the engineering departments as well as from IT.
* You always keep an eye on technological developments in order to be able to assess the beneficial use of digital technologies in the field of engineering applications.

* You have a strong foundation of general IT knowledge and are familiar with operations for enterprise applications. Additionally, you have already been in touch with the configuration and the development of enterprise-wide application landscapes.
* You have experience in application support and know what it involves, both from a technical and from a human perspective.
* Ideally, you know a thing or two about the engineering environment in the automotive industry - from the relevant business processes to the requirements of the customers - and you are passionate about new technologies and innovations in the PLM and ALM environment.
* You enjoy working in a team and you have good problem solving skills. A friendly personality as well as good communication skills round up your profile.
* You hold a degree in IT or another relevant field and you are able to communicate in English fluently.
* You share a can do attitude and have a general willingness to travel occasionally.
