Responsibilities:

* Project management & scheduling: Plan, control, and monitor large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality
* Stakeholder management: Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage interfaces between clients, authorities, and service providers
* PMO methods & tools: Use and further develop digital project management tools to ensure efficient steering and documentation
* Reporting & communication: Prepare status reports, organize workshops and meetings, and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders

What You Bring:

* Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
* Initial experience in project management or project scheduling, ideally within infrastructure or energy projects
* Knowledge of project management standards (IPMA, PMP) and digital PM tools
* Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Willingness to travel occasionally

Nice to Have:

* Experience with large-scale energy infrastructure projects
* Hands-on knowledge of modern scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
