Role Purpose
The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing future-oriented leadership and organizational development solutions that support Deutsche Telekom's business strategy and transformation priorities. The role contributes expertise, research, and innovation to the evolution of the executive development portfolio and assumes end-to-end responsibility for selected executive development programs, strategic projects, and thought leadership initiatives. It acts as a subject matter expert on leadership, organizational effectiveness, and future capability topics while collaborating with stakeholders across the Group.
As a Qualification Manager - Thought Leadership you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
* Monitor external trends, market developments, and emerging leadership topics
* Identify future leadership and executive development needs aligned with business strategy and transformation
* Design, develop, and continuously improve executive development programs, learning journeys, and leadership interventions
* Manage end-to-end executive development initiatives from concept to evaluation
* Translate business and capability needs into strategic learning and development solutions
* Apply innovative, evidence-based approaches to strengthen leadership and organizational effectiveness
* Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and emerging development approaches
* Contribute to the evolution of leadership development standards, frameworks, and quality principles
* Lead strategic development projects and ensure successful implementation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and learning providers to deliver impactful programs
* Monitor program effectiveness, analyze results, and measure business impact
* Prepare analyses, recommendations, and decision-support materials for management
* Support leadership and organizational transformation through targeted development initiatives
* Act as a subject matter expert in leadership, organizational development, and future capability topics
* Design and facilitate executive workshops, learning sessions, and development experiences
