1-QA Analyst / 1-QA Engineer

Beschreibung:

We are looking for a QA Analyst / QA Engineer to join our technology team and ensure the functional quality of key corporate platforms, including Assisted Channels environments (Contact Center, Branches), internal applications, and enterprise systems.
You will work closely with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute high-quality testing processes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

* Design, define, and execute manual functional and integration tests.
* Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and evidence.
* Monitor and track defects throughout the full testing lifecycle.
* Use Jira for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
* Validate new features and support end-to-end testing processes.
* Review UI consistency, usability, and functional behavior.
* Identify risks, negative scenarios, and potential user issues.
* Test across multiple environments (web, mobile, corporate platforms).
* Provide clear, objective feedback to development and project teams.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
* Contribute to quality standards, release readiness criteria, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Requirements

* 2-3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
* Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and testing best practices.
* Hands-on experience using Jira for test planning and execution.
* Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience in Banking or Assisted Channels environments (Contact Center, Branches).
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Fluent Spanish and English (C1).

Nice to Have

* Experience with test automation (any framework).
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Customer Service Workspace (CSW).
* Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow.
* ISTQB Foundation certification.
* ITIL Foundation certification.
* Scrum Master certification.
* Experience gathering and managing requirements.
* Strong problem-solving background.
