The Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Nicosia office. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to our legal practice by providing support and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. The role involves working on a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of our legal services.

Your Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the team, including document preparation, scheduling, and file management

* Assisting with the preparation and submission of legal documents and correspondence

* Coordinating communication between clients and external parties

* Maintaining and organizing client files and legal databases

* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel for legal staff

* Conducting preliminary legal research to assist attorneys in case preparation

* Handling billing and invoicing processes for clients

What You Bring

* Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

* Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* High levels of discretion and confidentiality

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* High sense of responsibility and professionalism

* Strong commitment to personal learning and development

* Ability to work in teams

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail

* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek
