YOUR ROLE
In the scope of a defined internship project:
* Contribute to Embedded Software development activities.
* Contribute to Embedded Software development and maintenance activities of STM32 Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) software components.
* Participate in writing and executing unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and robustness.
* Support the creation and review of software documentation including Software Architecture Documents (SAD), Architecture Requirements Documents (ARD), and Software Detailed Design Documents (SDD).
* Ensure compliance with MISRA C coding standards and contribute to improving code coverage and quality metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Good knowledge of embedded software development in C.
* Good knowledge of scripting languages like python and shell scripting.
* Basic understanding of STM32 microcontrollers and their HAL libraries.
* Good Knowledge about communication protocols implementation: UART, USB, SPI, I2C & JTAG.
* Familiarity with software testing methodologies, unit testing, and integration testing.
* Knowledge of or interest in software quality standards such as MISRA C and code coverage tools.
* Good knowledge of lab tools usage: Oscilloscope, logic analyzers, debuggers, etc. is a plus.
* Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Any experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration is a plus.
* Please note that this is a full-time and paid internship.
