Internship - AI Communication & Marketing

🚀 The vibe

We're Proximus Ada, Belgium's centre of excellence combining AI + Cybersecurity - and we build real stuff that matters. Now we want to tell those stories better, louder, and more "wow."

This internship is for someone who loves:

* turning complex things into clear, punchy stories

* making PowerPoints look C-level ready

* building visibility through LinkedIn, newsletters, events, and our website

You'll work closely with the AI management team (yep, direct exposure) and help shape how the AI team shows up inside and outside Proximus Ada.

🎯 What you'll do (aka your mission)

You'll help us turn great AI work into content people actually want to read + decks executives want to see.

🔥 Visibility & events

* Give visibility to internal/external events we participate in (before/during/after content: posts, recap, highlights)

* Capture key moments (quotes, photos, "what mattered") to fuel content

✍️ Content that doesn't feel corporate

* Write short, engaging AI stories for our newsletter (and help build a "story bank")

* Turn projects into simple narratives: problem → impact → what's next

📣 LinkedIn growth (not boring posts)

* Help animate our LinkedIn page to attract followers with consistent, high-quality posts

* Propose formats: carousels, mini-interviews, behind-the-scenes, "AI explained simply" that attracts likes & followers

🎨 Exec-ready slides (your glow-up zone)

* Improve and "pimp up" presentations: structure, visuals, storytelling, clarity

* Refresh templates and slides so they look modern and premium

🧠 Team enablement

* Share best practices with the team on a regular basis (storytelling tips, slide rules, "less text, more meaning") - you'll help raise the baar

🌐 Website collab

* Work with the website team to improve content/structure and keep the site aligned with our story

✅ Who you are

We are not looking for an AI engineer. You need to be sharp, curious, and creative.

You're a great fit if you:

* study communication / marketing / journalism / business / design (or similar)

* write well & likes it (short + clear + engaging)

* love making slides look clean and impactful (you are a PowerPoint ninja)

* can turn complex topics into simple stories

* are proactive and don't wait to be told what to do

Basic photo/video editing is a plus
