About the role
At Proximus Global (PXG), we are currently transforming our global way of working across Travel & Expense (T&E). As a trainee, you will support a strategic project aimed at harmonising tools, processes, and policies across our international footprint.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a global transformation programme, working closely with finance, procurement, and operations teams.

What you'll work on

* You will support the set-up and implementation of key Travel & Expenses initiatives, including:

* Travel agencies centralisation

* Supporting the implementation of a global partnership with American Express (Amex)

* Expense processes harmonisation

* Contributing to the rollout of a single expense management tool across entities
Global T&E policy definition

* Assisting in shaping a consistent, company-wide Travel & Expense policy aligned with new tools and processes
Your profile

* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Management, or similar)

* Strong analytical and organisational skills

* Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
