Sales Trainee

SUMMARY OF INTERNSHIP:

Contribute to the hotel's commercial success by supporting sales operations, client outreach, and the preparation of proposals and presentations.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify new business opportunities and potential MICE & Corporate clients
* Research and analyse market trends, competition, customer needs and pricing strategies
* Provide information and recommendations to the sales team and management
* Support sales activities (brochures, presentations, sales blitzes, fam trips)
* Prepare proposals, RFPs, contracts, and other sales documents
* Participate in sales presentations and site inspections (on-site or virtual)
* Maintain accurate CRM records and produce regular reports
* Attend training sessions, meetings, and internal events
* Support the Events Operations Coordinator when needed
* Perform additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales
