About The Role

- Supporting for paste related lab activities run smoothly by following BCTS/BSC guideline and defined process.
- Understanding of chemistry and coating technology.
- Exercise a high level of good Housekeeping and health and safety awareness within the lab and ensure others to do the same.
How You Will Do It

- Assist the paste evaluation activities according to test matrix.
- Paint preparation and paste related test, including color, pH, viscosity, solid content, fineness and cleanness measurement etc.
- Support sample preparation for external analysis.
- Monitor the paint spray operation strictly follow SOP.
- Perform raw materials & sampling application.
- Ensure all activities meet BASF standards of EHS and 5S.
- Other assignment task by direct supervisor.
- This job position is primarily laboratory-based.

What We Look For

- Education: College and above
- Working Experience: Working experience in laboratory, coating department preferred
