Your Role and Responsibilities
1.Provide production support and promptly solve problems that occur at the production site.
2. Develop standard operating procedures and write production operation instructions and Sops.
3. Effectively control the quality of the manufacturing process and actively plan and carry out process audits.
4. Cross-departmental collaboration, providing technical support to other departments such as PM and SCM.

Qualifications for the Role

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering; Fresh graduates of 2025 and 2026，
2. At least meet the requirements of continuous internship in July and August, with an attendance of more than 3 days per week
3.Proficient in using design software such as AUTOCAD and UG/NX.
4.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5.CTE4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
