About the RoleResponsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.

Responsibilities:

Analytics and Performance Tracking

* Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics for Customer Service and operations teams.
* Support preparation of reports and dashboards to provide insights on service quality and efficiency.
* Help identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

Project Support and Execution

* Contribute to planning and coordination of projects for Customer Service and operations teams, such as complaint management systems.
* Assist with workflow initiatives, including claims appeal system projects, through documentation and task tracking.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely delivery of project milestones.
* Participate in process improvement activities as assigned.

Requirements
* Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
* Strong interest in project management and the insurance industry
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
