About the Job 

As an Intern/Working Student in a strategic AI Transformation initiative, you will serve as an executive assistant-style support to the Program Manager, working closely with Project Managers and Workstream Leads. You will help coordinate program operations, prepare decision-ready materials, and support governance, documentation, and communication that enable scalable, responsible AI adoption across Allianz Technology.

What you do

* Coordinate calendars, meetings, workshops, and follow-ups for the AI program, ensuring agendas, materials, and actions are clear and tracked.
* Prepare concise presentations, status updates, and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
* Support program governance (RAID logs, KPIs, action tracking, reporting cadence) and maintain Confluence/SharePoint spaces.
* Collaborate with Program Manager, Project Managers, and Workstream Leads to collect requirements, consolidate inputs, and ensure timely deliverables.
* Conduct research on AI use cases, responsible AI practices, and market/technology trends; summarize insights for program decisions.
* Assist with stakeholder communications, townhalls, and demos; coordinate logistics for showcases and sprint reviews.
* Help with light data analysis and dashboard updates (e.g., PowerPoint/Excel/Power BI) to visualize progress and outcomes.

What you bring

* Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Data Science, Business IT, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with senior stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Confluence/Jira/Miro is a plus.
* Analytical mindset; basic skills in data handling or reporting (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or simple Python/SQL) are advantageous.
* Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style in an international environment.
* Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.

You can start immediately and are interested in an internship (38 h/week) or in a working student position (16-20 h/week) for a period of ideally 6 months or longer.
